M1000-HE Steam heated/water cooled 1000Ltr IBC

Description

The M1000-HE steam heated 1000Ltr Cube is a lightweight, durable, intermediate bulk container (IBC).

Designed with an integral stainless-steel heating pan at the base, the M1000-HE can be used in a wide range of temperature sensitive, product applications.

When connecting the heating base with up to 2 Bar steam, the system provides 13.5 Kw of heat or alternatively, the system can be used with cold water to cool products.

Whether for process, storage or distribution, the stem heated cube IBC is internationally approved for land and sea transportation, offering maximum flexibility within the supply chain.

The 1000 litre cube can be used on existing IBC filling lines and has an extremely long service life.

Manufactured using the highest quality stainless steel throughout, the IBC is stackable, suitable for crane handling, has 4-way pallet entry and can be cleaned completely, leaving no residues.

The Cube IBC is designed for liquids or paste-like substances with densities of up to 2.6 Kg/l.
