RCB1000 Electrically heated 1000Ltr IBC

RCB1000

Description

The RCB 1000 IBC is an insulated, double-walled construction, and electrically heated intermediate bulk container (IBC).

With an integral Perlite insulation layer between the outer and inner stainless-steel walls, the RCB 1000 can be used in a wide range of temperature sensitive, product applications.

The RCB 1000 has a heating capacity of up to 120°C. Heating is controlled, set, and regulated using the touch panel at the base of the unit. It enables temperature monitoring of both the product and the heating system.

Customer specific connectors, stirring devices and liquid level measurement can also be included in the design to suit the application.

An optional ATEX certified heating system can be supplied for use in applications where there is a potential for explosive atmospheres.

Whether for process, storage or distribution, the electrically heated IBC is internationally approved for land and sea transportation, offering maximum flexibility within the supply chain.

Manufactured using the highest quality materials, the IBC is stackable, suitable for crane handling, has 4-way pallet entry and can be cleaned completely, leaving no residues.

The RCB 1000 is designed for liquids or paste-like substances with densities of up to 2.0 Kg/l.
